La Puente Valley Water District (LPVCWD) provides water service to residents within the City of La Puente and City of Industry Waterworks System’s (IPU) water district boundaries. If your are within the La Puente Valley Water District (LPVCWD) coverage area, please read the below information on starting water service.

To Begin Water Service with La Puente Valley Water District (LPVCWD) please provide the following:
For Owners:

Verification of Ownership & Warranty of Payment Form must be completed.

Proof of ownership: A copy of Escrow Papers or Property Tax bill with owners name and address on the document.

Copy of your current Driver’s License or Identification Card, Social Security Number and/or Tax ID Number.

$25.00 Non-Refundable Application/Transfer Fee.
For Tenants:

Tenant application Form must be completed.

Rental or Lease Agreement.

Copy of your current Driver’s License or Identification Card, Social Security Number and/or Tax ID Number.
