The District’s top priority is to provide high-quality water and exceptional service at a reasonable cost. Achieving this requires a team of trained, experienced, and dedicated professionals.

All staff responsible for maintaining and repairing the water distribution system are required to undergo specialized training in water technology and must hold a Water Distribution Operator Certification from the State Water Resources Control Board – Division of Drinking Water (DDW). Additionally, staff who work directly with water treatment processes are required to hold a DDW Water Treatment Operator Certification.

In total, District staff hold more than 24 professional certifications, reflecting their commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.

Our customer service team also plays a vital role by consistently delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive support to our customers, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
